Finally FOX released the official trailer for 24 Season 8!
Once again Jack has to save the nation from terrorists and we will see alot from Elisha in season 8!!
Season 8 is scheduled to air on January 17th, 2010! Can’t wait

The first look into the eighth season of “24″ has been shared through the two trailers released by FOX. In the story arc that is known as Day 8, Jack Bauer attempts to live peacefully with his granddaughter Teri but duty calls. The start time for the new season would be 4.00 P.M.
Rumor has it, Jack is involved in the mission where assassination threat is made during a peace conference between President Allison Taylor of United States and President Omar Hassan of the fictional Islamic Republic of Kamistan. Cherry Jones reprises her role as Mrs. President while Anil Kapoor joins the show as the Middle Eastern leader.
The show is set to begin airing on January 17 next year. Elisha Cuthbert who portrays Jack’s daughter Kim is featured as a special guest star. New faces and characters are coming from Freddie Prinze Jr. as former Marine Cole Ortiz, and Katee Sackhoff as CTU data analyst Dana Walsh!

Last night 6 January Elisha posed for the first time in 2009 at the ’24′ Premiere Party in Los Angeles.
Not only it was the Premiere Party, it was also the 150th episode of 24!!

Ausiello: Ladies and gentleman, we’ve got a signed contract! Sources confirm to me exclusively that Cuthbert has inked a deal to reprise her role as Jack’s lightning rod of an offspring for a season-ending arc that will no doubt trigger a new round of wholly outdated and painfully unfunny cougar jokes. Per my 24 mole, Kim will return minus her old beau (sorry, C. Thomas Howell) and plus a child! That’s right, Kim’s got a little puma all her own!

Some wonderful news popped up on the net! Elisha might be returning in Season 7 of the hitserie “24″! Wouldn’t that be awesome!!!!? 
Kim Bauer may be coming back! 24 exec producer/director Jon Cassar just revealed to me exclusively that there have been preliminary discussions about bringing back Jack’s much-maligned daughter this season. “We have talked about it,” he confirms. “But anytime we talk about Kim, we immediately say, ‘Let’s not do anything with her that will result in the audience hating her.’” I also got some intel on the “return” of Martha Logan and the status of that long-rumored 24 feature, but I’ll have to save that for later since I’m racing off to cover Fox’s all-star party at the Santa Monica Pier. More scoop to come! Promise!
